This is черный рынок, one of the largest, and definitely the most well-known black market in Russia. Hidden from public eye in a desolate area, the market can only be reached by tunnels or apparition. Everything illegal is sold here - weapons, ammunition, prostitutes, drugs and narcotics and poisons, and you can also hire assassins here. It is used by dark witches and wizards.

But the trouble will be finding someone who's selling them. I doubt the knife-sellers are, they want people buying new knives when theirs get dull, not sharping them."
